-Copyright Information: All images copyrighted by photographer, Michelle Towne Photography LLC. It is illegal and unlawful to scan, copy, or reproduce Michelle Towne Photography LLC’s work in any manner or medium and punishable by law with fines starting at $150,000. As an artist, Michelle Towne Photography LLC wishes to have complete control over the final look of her client's images. Scanned images distort and devalue the quality of her image, damaging her reputation as a photographer.

-Before Your Session: Please have your children rested, fed, dressed and ready to go for their session.

-Print Orders: Payment is due when ordering. Once payment is received, orders are placed. For those previewing online, your gallery will be online for thirty (30) days. We ask that you allow at least 2-3 weeks for delivery of your images from the moment you place your order. It is highly recommended that you make your purchasing decisions within this time frame. After your gallery expires, there is a $50 reactivation fee.

-Reprints: All ordered images will be kept on file for one year after your initial order. All images that are not ordered will be kept on file for two weeks. You are welcome to place a re-print order from the images you originally purchased.

-Portrait Care: Handle your portraits with extreme care. Damage incurred as a result of improper handling, framing or hanging is the responsibility of the client.

-Sales are Final: Due to the custom nature of each session, all sales are final.

-Retainer Policy: A non-refundable retainer (session fee) for your session is due within seven (7) days after booking your appointment. This guarantees the time and date allotted for you. Should payment not be received in this time frame, Michelle Towne Photography LLC reserves the right to offer the date and time to another client.

-Retouching: Any retouching beyond the basic retouching we automatically do (blemishes, small facial scars, bruises) will be charged a fee of $25 per hour. This includes teeth whitening, removal of logos/stain on shirts, etc.

-Re-Shoots: Re-shoots are at the discretion of the photographer; and are not given for regretful choices such as hair and clothing choices.

-Sick Policy: If you or your child are feeling ill, please call to reschedule. If you must cancel, please try to kindly do so at least 48 hours before your session. Studio must remain a safe and clean place for newborns and other clients at all times.

-No Smoking Policy: Please refrain from smoking prior to your session and at the studio. This also includes vaping. Studio must remain a safe and clean place for newborns and other clients at all times.

 -Payment Options: Michelle Towne Photography LLC accepts cash, checks, and credit cards.

-Personal Checks: Checks returned by the bank, for any reason, will be charged a $35.00 returned check fee and all orders will be cancelled if they are not paid in full within three (3) days of notification.

-Usage: Michelle Towne Photography LLC reserves the right to use the negatives and/or reproductions for display, publication, or other purposes. Negatives and originals remain the property of Michelle Towne Photography LLC.
